In recent years, changing food habits have led to new demands and new, rapidly growing markets.
FoodNova the international event focusing on new dietary needs, including gluten-free, lactose-free and veganism - is now going to be taking place every six months. It will run alongside BEER&FOOD ATTRACTION at the Rimini exhibition centre from 15th to 18th February 2020 before returning with Cosmofood at the Vicenza exhibition centre from 7th to 11th November 2020.
By running alongside IEG’s biggest HORECA trade events, the leading brands in the FREE FROM and vegan markets will be able to brush shoulders with industry professionals from all eating-out markets.
The new format will bring together new dietary needs and out-of-home trends during the same period.
