Jean Philippe Gauthier have been working in hotels and cocktail bars for the last decade. In 2006, he opened HUIS CLOS, in Villeray neighborhood, Montréal. It quickly became a favorite spot for locals. A Couple of years later, he joined the team at Barraca Rhumerie Montréal, which became the bar with the biggest selection of rhum in Montréal (220+). Now also, with the Quai no.4 team, he offer a ''market kitchen'' in Rosemont. He will soon open Peacock in Little Italy (Montréal) with long time friend Manny Vides Jr. Together, they want to create what Montréal has best : great food, great cocktails and amazing hospitality.
