The heart of International Horeca Meeting events, it will host talks and panel discussions involving the industry’s main stakeholders, associations and research companies to discuss current scenarios and future trends.


MIXOLOGY CIRCUS

Mixology Circus is the new Beer&Food Attraction project, aimed at enhancing the art of mixology. An exclusive and design area located in pavillion C1, which is entirely dedicated to the beverage sector.

The area will include 8 workstations, each one with a bar counter, which will host 8 trendy venues, where some of the best bartenders of the international scene are going to present a special drink list of 3 cocktails. Moreover, during the 4 days of the exhibition, high-level masterclass curated by experts of the field will take place in the arena.


FIC ARENA

The collaboration between Italian Exibition Group and the Italian Chefs Federation has been renewed once again this year to organise the most important and complete national cookery championship, recognised by Worldchefs network, the Italian Cookery Championships, at their 7th edition this year.

Among the innovations of the Arena, there is also the Italian selection for the "Bocuse d'Or" contest, which represents the most important cookery competition on the world scene, and "The Worldchefs European Grand Prix 2023", the european selection valid for the "Global Chef Challenge" that will take place in Singapore in 2024.

BEER&TECH ARENA

Beers and technologies are meeting on a journey through in-depth discussions and training meetings in cooperation with universities, consortia and industry associations.


PIZZA ARENA

From 20 to 22 February 2023, Beer&Food Attraction will host the next "World Pizza Championships - Pizza Senza Frontiere" organized by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine in partnership with Beer&FoodAttraction - Italian Exhibition Group.

Now in its 2nd edition, the event is moving from Rome to Rimini, with a more extensive programme than before, featuring 16 competing categories with a total of 600 professional pizza makers from all over the world competing for the title within an event area of 800 square metres.

The competing categories are: Pan Pizza, Long pizza, Rome-style Round Pizza, Four-hands Pizza, Pizza surprise - Mystery box, Classic Pizza, Classic Neapolitan Pizza, Contemporary Neapolitan Pizza, Gluten-free Pizza, Pizza Dessert, Metro Pizza, Pizza and Beer, Fried Pizza, Single Freestyle Pizza, Largest Pizza, Fastest Pizzaiolo.
