Rimini, 25th November 2019 . With three months to go until opening day, Beer&Food Attraction is already in great shape. In fact, the 6th edition of the expo dedicated to the entire eating out supply chain, organized by Italian Exhibition Group, will be held at Rimini Expo Centre from 15th to 18th February 2020.

Beer & Food Attraction confirms its role as the reference point for a sector in which the world of beer and beverages interacts with the food trade, to provide all food service professionals a unique experience. It is becoming established as the platform for all the new and contemporary formats for drinking and eating out, anticipating the requirements of the market in coming years and launching trends and new product and services.

It is no coincidence that Löwengrube, the well-known Italian chain of restaurant/pubs, which promotes the original style of Bavarian beer cellars with over 25 sales outlets in franchising, has chosen precisely Beer & Food Attraction.
Important confirmations have also arrived in the food sector from leading companies such as Marr, Pregis, Greci, Demetra and Menù.
The development of new models of eating out is also confirmed by companies debuting at the expo: Fiorucci with its hot dogs, Heinz and Develey with their sauces, to mention just a couple of names, are a clear sign of the expo´s new positioning.

New features regarding events are heading in this direction too: the Pizza Experience, a format being held in the Pizza Arena (Hall A3), will feature a series of show cooking events, contests and academies with top pizza cooks from Italy and abroad, an event organized by IEG in collaboration with the magazine Pizza e Pasta Italiana.
Italian Exhibition Group and the Italian Federation of Chefs have also confirmed the Italian Cuisine Championships, for the next three years, at which the greatest chefs from all the Italian regions will compete at Beer & Food Attraction. A new feature for 2020 will be the contest dedicated to Street Food, currently a must, with recipes that are often based on traditional cuisine and then given a new slant with innovative ingredients and tastes. A challenge between chefs based on aromas and flavours, with just one aim: proclaiming the best Street Food of Italy.

There has also been excellent response on behalf of craft breweries, which have already exceeded the exhibit space sold in 2019, confirming their role as the pulsating core of the expo. Confirmations include those received from Baladin, Nuovo Birrificio Italiano, Birrificio Lambrate and Mastri Birrai Umbri.
The areas dedicated to special beers are also being occupied at a rapid rate, with important returns including Menabrea and Bitburger and confirmations from Forst, Warsteiner, Birra Castello, Birra del Borgo and Birra Amarcord. Larger exhibit space has also been taken by Interbrau, Radeberger, Brewrise, Ales & Co. and Cuzziol, to mention a few.

In Rimini, the International Ho.Re.Ca Meeting held by Italgrob (Italian Federation of Horeca Distributors) has once more been confirmed - with an important increase in the beverage sector. An unmissable appointment for Coca Cola, Red Bull and Pepsico, who have confirmation their participation for the second consecutive year. This further confirms the on-going growth of the art of Mixology in an expo that aims at becoming the Ho.Re.ca. capital.

BB TECH Expo, the professional exhibition of technologies for beers and beverages, will once again be held simultaneously. It will showcase the most innovative processing and bottling technology.

As in the past, the 2020 edition is exclusively dedicated to professional trade members. Only on Saturday 15th February, it is also open to foodies and beer lovers.
