Winners Lorenzo Cagnoni Award 2025
Lorenzo Cagnoni Award 2025, realised in partnership with ANGI - Associazione Nazionale Giovani Innovatori (National Association of Young Innovators) and ICE Agenzia, rewarded the most innovative ideas in the Out of Home sector.
The initiative was conceived for all those realities that for years have been committed to developing increasingly innovative products and proposing cutting-edge services, thus contributing to the progress and continuous improvement of the Food & Beverage sector.
All projects were assessed by a specially formed Evaluation Committee.

Birrificio Baladin SSA
BOTANIC is a line of craft non-alcoholic beers brewed using traditional fermentation, without dealcoholization processes. HAM Gourmet, in collaboration with MartinoRossi Spa, has created a plant-based hamburger, a vegetable alternative to meat, made with natural ingredients such as legumes, grains, and high-protein spices. The product is made with a dehydrated legume flour core that, when hydrated with water and natural spices, forms a dough identical to ground meat, without the presence of allergens, preservatives, additives, or gluten.

EXTRA10 is the new DraughtMaster dispensing system from Carlsberg Italia, featuring 10-liter kegs made of 50% rPET, with no need for added CO2. This innovative technology is ideal for small venues, thanks to lightweight kegs that are easy to replace and space-saving, reducing storage space requirements.
