Mixology Circus: an authentic sensory journey

Inspiration, trends and innovation: the Mixology Circus, now in its 3rd edition, is an event that takes place in conjunction with Beer&Food Attraction and stems from the desire to enhance the art of mixing excellence.

This is where everything comes to life: each glass becomes a story, an emotion, a sensory journey through flavours, colours and aromas.

It is the ideal place to experiment and learn, and in which to discover the products of partner brands, skilfully blended, with a more conscious approach to consumption, starting with the quality of ingredients and immersive tasting.

Mixology Circus is realized in collaboration with Samuele Ambrosi, cocktail bar developer, mixologist, world champion and one of the greatest gin experts.

New 2025: Mixology Village

In the context of the Mixology Circus, the real great novelty of the 2025 edition is the Mixolgy Village, an exhibition area located close to the main area of the event.

Here, participating companies will have the opportunity to highlight their most prestigious and distinctive spirits labels, offering visitors a unique opportunity to explore, taste and discover the essence of each distillation.
Accessories and equipment for barmen and bartenders will complete the exhibition offer.
