THE ART OF MIXOLOGY

Prestige today is all about drinking: Italian cocktail bars, cult places where emotions, thoughts, problems and dreams are mixed with respect and mastery, are coming to Beer&Food Attraction.

Mixology Circus is the new Made in Rimini project that aims to celebrate all aspects of the art of mixology, bringing together exceptional bartenders and some of Italy’s leading bars in a four-day event dedicated entirely to quality mixing.

This is a unique opportunity to talk about the products of the project’s partner spirits companies: because cocktails must be tasted, and the palate is the channel through which to capture the sensations, emotions and memories they trigger.

THE PROJECT

Rome, Bologna and Florence are just some of the drinks capitals that will be represented by bars both old and new, with proposals and trends that fully embody the experience that turns having a drink into a real social occasion.

The line-up of bars that will bring Mixology Circus to life in an exclusive design area located in the beverage sector of Beer&Food Attraction includes: Cloakroom CocktailLab (Treviso), Drinc. (Milano), Drink Kong (Rome), Freni e Frizioni (Rome), Locale (Florence), Quanto Basta (Lecce), Rivabar (Riva del Garda) and Ruggine (Bologna).

The area will be set up with trendy bars, where some of the best bartenders in the country will present a special drink list of three cocktails.

THE ART CAN BE LEARNED

In addition, over the four days of the show, the area will play host to high-level masterclasses by experts in the sector. It is essential to keep up with the times and the changing key players: the customer is no longer the sole focus, there is also the cocktail, not only for its final taste, but above all for its preparation, which becomes a spectacle and one that should be showcased.

Mixology Circus is organised in partnership with Samuele Ambrosi, mixologist, official AIBES trainer, world champion and a leading gin expert.
