Mixology Circus

Aguardiente is located in the International port of Marina di Ravenna, a very small city in east cost of Italy. Inside the house you can find one of the world's largest collections of sugarcane spirits available for sipping, about 2600, so Aguardiente is followed by a lot of collectors and rum lovers from every where.

The cocktail collection includes 24 drinks, traditional and signature, in which are used a number of very rare labels but above all, all produced by small farmers in the Caribbean and South America.

Aguardiente is not a zero km bar, Aguardiente chooses the best, wherever it is produced, and no one has ever compromised on that. Everything at Aguardiente is inspired by many trips to the Caribbean to discover ancestral production techniques and legendary stills.

The architecture is inspired by old Cachacharias in Southern Brazil and traditional Creole Houses in the French Antilles.  All the details from these lands reproduce an authentic atmosphere and everything here is made of wood. Guests are welcomed in very elegant Bar, surrounded by jazz music, high service with friendly approach.
