Boss Hogg
Boss Hogg is the whisky lounge in the centre of Treviso, born of an ambitious project by Samuele Ambrosi, founder of Cloakroom Cocktail Lab and Cloakstudios.
A lounge with soft lights to relax and enjoy an experience out of the daily routine. In the menu over 500 labels from all over the world and some cocktails, made with whisky only.
The lounge also offers the possibility to buy bottles of whisky to be kept in some lockers dedicated to the most loyal customers. This will allow customers to enjoy it on several occasions.
Boss Hogg offers an additional selection of three whiskies, served in cute 5 cl branded bottles, contained in an elegant small black box, the Gift Box.
There are 5 different whisky tasting sessions to enjoy on site. For young or curious palates, and true lovers.

Bartenders
SAMUELE AMBROSI
Born in 1978, gentleman of Verona but citizen of Treviso.
Raised in the F&B, his parents managed a restaurant, moved to the Venetian mountains when just 15 years old to start his experience outside the domestic habitat to finally reach some years later the luxury Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz.
In 2004 won the prestigious Angelo Zola Award, that is dedicated to young Italian bartenders who claim an excellence training in mixology. The following year in 2005 won one of the most difficult competition worldwide; The Elite Bartender Course JWC in Singapore, bringing home the Eagle Award.
In 2008 reached the first place at Trophées Internationaux des Calvados in Normandy. .
In 2013 established Cloakroom Cocktail Lab. In 2022 he opened Cloakstudios,
In 2020 published Anthologin, fruit of his labour and of his endless love for gin.
FEDERICO ZIVILLICA
Federico was born in Treviso in 1984.
While studying Enology at the University, he worked occasionally at the Osteria al Corder in Treviso and collaborated with many catering companies of the area.
Great enthusiast of craft beer, he spent his whole life focusing on it and in 2012 started his experience in Nidaba, in Treviso.
Besides expressing his knowledge of beer, in Nidaba began to approach to whisky.
After four years as house manager, in 2016 was involved in a new brewery opening in the city centre of Treviso, Soffioni, where he remained till 2020.
In 2021 he is part of the staff of Burici with the task of promoting the craft beers proposed in the menu.
In the summer of 2022 it came the challenge. He received a proposal from Samuele Ambrosi to become the soul of Boss Hogg, the whisky lounge in the heart of Treviso, where Federico still juggles among the more than 500 labels of whiskey
